At Onsea House, we recognize that education is the basic element of self- improvement and that skills and knowledge are an essential contribution for a successful organization. This is highlighted in our company policy with training as one of its key-elements. We encourage our employees to gain a higher education level and contribute for courses that are directly related to an employee’s job or will help the employee prepare for promotion within the company. In addition we offer continuous in-house training in collaboration with local NGOs to ensure each and everyone has a chance to grow, be happy and perform to the best of his/her abilities.

Over the past months we organized trainings in 1st aidHi5 (focusing on effective work attitude), Leadership Skill Training (focusing on confidence, ownership and team work), Body Language, Accountability and Time Management. All these trainings are aimed at inspiring, motivating and empowering our staff.

We have also started in-house English courses where staff are divided into groups according to their current level of comfort with the English language and receive weekly classes in the comfort of their working environment. We trust this will not only improve their communication skills with our guests but also boost their confidence.
