Catering with Axel
Besides his daily pursuit for culinary excellence in Machweo restaurant, Axel has been catering for all types of events over the years. These events ranged from more traditional wedding ceremonies or anniversaries to staff parties, business lunches, conference dinners, African BBQ parties, product launches, incentive trips, wine tastings, etc. With Axel Janssens Signature Catering he intends to bring his experience, his services and his unique blend of African and European cuisine to your place of venue or even to the most remote locations for a truly special event.

Our experience in outside catering ranges from remote bush areas from Lake Natron to the Serengeti, at the beach from Lake Tanganyika to Zanzibar and from a gourmet dinner in a tent on the Kilimanjaro to a private residence in Dar Es Salaam.”
